I’ve just registered the FileSlinger™ Backup Blog with Amazon’s new Kindle Publishing for Blogs service. That means Kindle owners can subscribe for $1.99/month, of which I get 30%. I’m not expecting to make money from this move—this blog isn’t exactly TechCrunch—but it seems to me that if you’re going to publish anything, you should make it available as many ways as you can. That’s why I still release the e-zine version of the Backup Reminder: some people don’t want to have to open up a newsreader or just don’t understand RSS feeds.
